2. User Accounts & Google Login (OAuth 2.0)
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register an account. We provide an OAuth 2.0 integration that allows you to register and log in via your Google Account.

- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our security policies or provide false information.

10. Subscription & Payment Terms
MetronTrack offers monthly and annual subscription plans for its GPS tracking services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the applicable pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are activated immediately upon successful payment via PayPal. Annual plans are billed once per year. MetronTrack reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.
11. Hardware & Device Usage
The Metron Tracker (OBD2) device provided with eligible plans remains the property of MetronTrack until full payment is confirmed. You agree to use the device only for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable traffic and vehicle regulations. Any damage resulting from improper use or unauthorized modification of the device is the responsibility of the subscriber.
12. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@metrontrack.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods unless a technical fault attributable to MetronTrack prevents service delivery.
